ELEHEAR Expands ElePro Plus Remote Hearing Support Service to 15 Additional States

The expansion brings the service to 24 states, providing eligible ELEHEAR device owners with remote access to licensed audiologists.

CHICAGO, IL — September 15, 2026 — ELEHEAR, a hearing technology company, announced that ElePro Plus, its remote hearing support service, is now available in 15 additional states. The expansion brings the service’s total availability to 24 states following its recent launch.

The newly added states are Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, New York, Missouri, Kentucky, Iowa, Utah, Kansas, Louisiana, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Montana, and Vermont.

ElePro Plus connects ELEHEAR device owners with licensed audiologists through live remote sessions. Sessions provide assistance with device adjustments, sound settings for different listening environments, and follow-up support. The service offers eligible users access to personalized device support from home through the ELEHEAR app.

The service adds an audiologist-led support option for users of ELEHEAR’s over-the-counter hearing technology. ELEHEAR plans to continue expanding availability on a state-by-state basis, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

ElePro Plus is available to ELEHEAR Beyond Series owners in supported states through the ELEHEAR app. Sessions are priced at $99 each.
