Selective Site Holdings, Inc. (SSH), parent company of Selective Site Consultants, a wireless infrastructure site development firm headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, today announced it has acquired Network Real Estate, LLC (NRE), a St. Louis based provider of site acquisition, leasing, zoning and permitting, and project management services for the wireless telecommunications industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings NRE’s experienced team and established relationships in the wireless industry into SSH, complimenting SSC’s on-the-ground presence – in the Central United States. NRE has served wireless carriers and tower owners throughout the Midwest, the Rocky Mountain Region, and Texas, delivering site acquisition, lease negotiation, zoning and permitting, and architectural and engineering coordination, and the acquisition will additionally allow NRE to offer in-house engineering and structural analysis services to its clients.

Together, the companies will offer their clients a broader bench of site acquisition specialists, deeper local zoning and permitting expertise, and greater capacity to support 5G densification and future 6G development, new tower builds, colocations and lease modifications. NRE’s team will continue operating from its St. Louis–area office as Network Real Estate, a Selective Site Holdings company.

The transaction closed on October 23rd, 2026. Morici & Morici LLP served as legal counsel to SSH. Jackson Kelly PLCC served as legal counsel to NRE.
