DENVER, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — PureSky Energy, a leading owner and operator of community solar and distributed renewable energy assets across the United States, announced that it achieved an overall GRESB Infrastructure Asset Score of 93.8 in the 2025 assessment, an increase of 4.4 points year over year and an improvement in its GRESB rating to three stars.

The annual Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assessment evaluates environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance across infrastructure and real asset sectors worldwide. PureSky’s 2025 results, released in October 2026, reflect continued progress in sustainability management, operational excellence and stakeholder engagement across its growing portfolio of solar and battery storage assets.

PureSky achieved a Performance Score of 58.0 out of 60 and a Management Score of 35.8 out of 40, contributing to its overall score of 93.8 out of 100. The company earned full or near-full scores across several key performance categories, including energy, biodiversity and habitat, greenhouse gas emissions, health and safety, and human capital reporting.

“Our improved GRESB score reflects PureSky’s ongoing commitment to building a responsible, resilient and sustainable renewable energy business,” said Jared Haines, Chief Executive Officer of PureSky Energy. “As we continue to expand our community solar portfolio across the United States, we remain focused on delivering clean energy solutions that create long-term value for our customers, communities, partners and investors. This recognition validates the progress we’re making to strengthen our environmental, social and governance practices while advancing our mission to make clean energy more accessible.”

PureSky’s assessment highlighted strengths in sustainability leadership, environmental and social policies, risk management and transparent sustainability reporting. The company also demonstrated strong performance in biodiversity and habitat management, employee health and safety, stakeholder engagement and climate-related risk assessment.

As of the reporting period, PureSky operated 52 solar energy sites, including eight sites paired with battery energy storage systems, serving communities across multiple states. The company reported growth in installed solar capacity from 181 MW to 224 MW during the assessment period.

The results build upon PureSky’s broader sustainability initiatives, including the publication of its annual sustainability report, pollinator-friendly solar development practices, community engagement programs and ongoing efforts to strengthen ESG oversight across the organization.
